The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential and voluntary counselling support service that provides you and your family with the help you need to resolve a wide range of personal, work, health or life issues. Expert information and immediate support resources are available. Counsellors can help with a range of issues, including relationship challenges, stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, family issues, grief and more.
All EFAP services are confidential, within the limits of the law. This means that no one will ever know that you have used the program unless you choose to tell them. Your employer is not informed of the identity of those using any of the EFAP services.
